This machine is mainly used for dewatering small particle coal slime of 0.15--3mm, featuring simple structure, low failure rate, easy maintenance, safety and reliability, and high dewatering efficiency.
Working Principle
The WLL series coal slime scraper discharge centrifuge is a general-purpose horizontal scraper discharge centrifuge. The material reaches the bottom of the scraper and screen basket through the feed pipe, adhering closely to the screen surface under centrifugal force. Due to the speed difference between the scraper and the screen basket, the scraper causes the material layer to move evenly toward the large end of the screen basket. The dewatered material is thrown out from the large end of the screen basket and falls into the discharge port at the bottom of the casing. Water in the material passes through the material layer and screen gaps under centrifugal force, is thrown to the sides of the casing, and flows along the inner wall to the discharge port.
