The WZY series double-body horizontal vibrating centrifugal dehydrator is mainly used for dewatering clean coal or middling coal with particle sizes of 0.5 to 25 (50) mm, and can also be used for dewatering other similar materials such as salt and sand.
Technical Features
1. Uses imported double-body original technology, equivalent to the quality of imported equipment;
2. Standard parts such as motor, bearings, and seals all use top international brands, further effectively ensuring the reliability of the entire machine;
3. Few wear parts, low equipment maintenance costs, and low coal crushing rate;
4. Large processing capacity, high upper limit of feed particle size, and high recovery rate;
5. Reduced plant height, easy maintenance, wear parts limited to components like the screen basket, which are maintained only in the horizontal direction, occupying little space and allowing quick and convenient maintenance;
6. Low power consumption per ton of coal, with the horizontal vibrating centrifuge consuming about 0.12 kWh per ton of coal;
7. High reliability, stable operation, low vibration, and low noise.
