  Service Commitment

Service engineers are on standby 24 hours; complete pre-treatment and promptly respond to customer solutions within 4 hours of receiving customer requests. When on-site service is needed, personnel will arrive at the customer's location within 24 hours, and within 48 hours for remote areas. Service engineers cannot leave the site until the issue is resolved, and leaving the site requires customer permission.
