  The product is designed and manufactured according to the enterprise standard Q/HBWF003 "Single-rope Winding Mine Hoist", the industry standard AQ1035-2007 "Safety Inspection Specification for Single-rope Winding Mine Hoist for Coal Mines", the national standard GB/T20961-2007 "Single-rope Winding Mine Hoist", and the "Coal Mine Safety Regulations".

  Scope of Application

  The single-rope winding mine hoist is mainly used for hoisting coal, materials, personnel, and lowering materials and equipment in vertical or inclined shafts of coal mines, metal mines, and non-metal mines. It can also be used for other traction transportation purposes.

  Working Principle

  The motor transmits power to the drum winding the steel wire rope through a reducer, achieving the lifting and lowering of the container; speed regulation is realized through electrical control; the disc brake is controlled hydraulically and electrically; various position indication systems provide depth indication of the lifting container; a combined mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic control system composed of various transmission sensors and control elements monitors and protects the entire machine; information transmission inside and outside the hoist is realized through computer and network technology.

  Model Meaning

 

  

  Example 1: For a product model of a double-drum single-rope winding mine hoist with a drum diameter of 3.0m, width of 1.5m, and variable frequency speed regulation, the model is: 2JK-3.0×1.5P.

  Example 2: For a product model of a single-drum single-rope winding mine hoist with a drum diameter of 2.5m, width of 2.0m, and explosion-proof variable frequency speed regulation, the model is: JKB-2.5×2.0P.

  Single-rope Winding Mine Hoist Main Shaft Device

  The main shaft device is the working mechanism of the hoist and also the main load-bearing component. It bears the entire torque of the hoist and serves as the winding shaft for the lifting steel wire rope to withstand various loads. It mainly consists of the main shaft, bearings, bearing seats, drum, support wheels, liners, high-strength bolt assemblies, and other parts. The main shaft is forged from 45# carbon steel, undergoes two nondestructive inspections and mechanical performance tests, complies with national standards, and ensures reliable performance. Except for the coupling connection part, no additional keyways are machined on the main shaft, ensuring both strength and rigidity, greatly enhancing safety and extending service life. The main shaft bearings use domestic Harbin, Wafangdian, and Luoyang bearings, ensuring reliable operation and improved rotational efficiency.

  The drum is formed by welding low-carbon alloy steel plates. The deformation generated after bearing load can quickly diffuse, preventing stress concentration and effectively improving the drum's load capacity and fatigue strength. After welding, the drum undergoes aging vibration treatment to eliminate internal stress and prevent deformation. The brake disc is entirely made of 16Mn steel plate, resistant to deformation and wear. It can be made in split form according to user requirements. All split drums and brake discs are manufactured in the factory and can be installed on-site without any further processing.

  The double-drum hoist uses a radial tooth hydraulic rope adjustment method. During rope adjustment, it is easily controlled via the operation console, using hydraulics to actuate the clutch, thereby producing relative motion between the main shaft and the movable drum, making rope adjustment fast and reliable.

  The drum has the following structural types:

  ① Integral welded structure: the drum is integrally welded, and the brake disc is also welded onto the drum.

  ② Integral welded structure: the brake disc is a split two-segment disc connected to the drum with high-strength bolts.

  ③ Split welded drum: the drum is split into two or four segments; the brake disc is a split two-segment disc connected to the drum with high-strength bolts.
