
Product Introduction
The supports of this type of kiln are divided into rolling and sliding types. The transmission can use DC or AC variable frequency speed control, and various forms of seals are available to adapt to different working conditions. The company can design various non-standard kilns according to the special requirements of users. The rotary kiln consists of the cylinder, transmission device, support and thrust roller support device, kiln tail seal, outer jacket, combustion system, hot air duct system, kiln head hood, and other parts. The kiln cylinder is a heated rotating component made of high-quality carbon steel plate by rolling and welding. The cylinder is supported on the support device by tire rings, and mechanical or hydraulic thrust rollers are installed on one or several support devices to control the axial displacement of the cylinder. The transmission device drives the cylinder to rotate at the process-required speed through a gear ring located in the middle of the cylinder. Due to installation and maintenance needs, larger kilns are equipped with auxiliary transmission devices that rotate the kiln body at very low speeds. To prevent cold air from entering and flue dust from escaping the cylinder, reliable kiln tail and kiln head seals are installed at the feed and discharge ends of the cylinder. To ensure external heating efficiency, special air ducts are set inside the jacket to guarantee the thermal efficiency of the hot air and precise temperature control. Special anti-stick wall devices are installed on the outer and inner walls of the cylinder to ensure smooth material flow.
Application Fields
Suitable for acid roasting of lithium concentrates such as spodumene and petalite, with heating temperatures of 200~350℃.

Working Principle
