
Product Introduction
The rotary kiln calcination lithium carbonate equipment uses lithium mica as raw material, undergoing processes such as mixing, roasting, cooling, and crushing. Zhengkuang Machinery has been dedicated to the research of lithium carbonate rotary kilns for many years, studying various common issues of this rotary kiln and effectively solving problems such as ring buildup, low output, and high energy consumption.
Application Fields
Suitable for roasting, acidification, cooling, and other pyrometallurgical processes of lithium mica and spodumene raw materials.
Outstanding Advantages
1. The cylinder design fully considers the bending support corner of the cylinder, extending the lifespan of refractory bricks and castables.
2. Uses large diameter, small length-to-diameter ratio support wheel bearings to improve reliability; bearings are self-aligning.
3. Features a new type of open gear cover sealing form with good sealing effect.
4. Spring plate stacked flexible seal helps improve equipment reliability and service life.
Working Principle
Raw materials such as lithium mica and spodumene mixed with other materials enter the kiln cylinder from the high end of the kiln tail for roasting. Inside the roasting kiln, the material moves radially and laterally due to the kiln's inclination and rotation, being carried to a high point where it exchanges heat with high-temperature flue gas, triggering thermal reactions to achieve roasting. The kiln speed is adjusted by a variable frequency motor to control the material's residence time according to reaction requirements. The burner is equipped with natural gas flow and air volume monitoring and adjustment functions to meet the temperature and flow rate control of flue gas, thus adapting to the roasting temperature range of the raw materials.
