- High chromium alloy material: strong wear resistance, suitable for high-output medium and large briquetting machines.

- Bearing steel material: specially used for briquetting machines processing hard materials like fluorite powder, extending service life by more than 30%.

2. Classification by assembly method:

- Integrated type: roller skin and roller core are manufactured as a whole, with a stable structure.

- Modular type: roller skin is replaceable, facilitating maintenance.

3. Classification by pressure:

- High-pressure roller: suitable for high-density materials such as metal ore powder, dry pressing (without binder), with higher pressure ranging from 9t/m³ to 20t/m³.

- Medium-pressure roller: suitable for general materials such as coal powder and coke powder, wet pressing (with binder), with lower pressure ranging from 3t/m³ to 6t/m³.
