Equipment Introduction

The R-type Raymond mill is widely used for high-fineness powder processing of more than 280 kinds of materials in industries such as barite, calcite, potassium feldspar, talc, marble, limestone, dolomite, fluorite, lime, activated clay, activated carbon, bentonite, kaolin, cement, phosphate ore, gypsum, glass, and insulation materials with a Mohs hardness not exceeding 9.3 and moisture content below 6%, which are non-flammable and non-explosive mineral chemical and construction materials. The finished product fineness can be adjusted arbitrarily within the range of 80-325 mesh. This machine adopts advanced structures from similar domestic and foreign products and is updated and improved based on Raymond mills in the same industry. Compared to ball mills, this equipment has higher efficiency, lower power consumption, smaller footprint, and requires less one-time investment.

Working Principle

The machine structure mainly consists of the main machine, analyzer, fan, finished product cyclone separator, micro-powder cyclone separator, and air ducts. The main machine is composed of the frame, air inlet volute, shovel blade, grinding roller, grinding ring, and cover.

After material grinding, the fan blows air into the main machine shell, lifting the powder. The powder is classified by the analyzer located above the grinding chamber. Coarser material falls back into the grinding chamber for regrinding, while material meeting fineness standards flows with the air into the cyclone collector. After collection, the product is discharged through the powder outlet as the finished product. The airflow returns from the upper end of the large cyclone collector through the return air duct into the fan, forming a circulating airflow under negative pressure. The excess airflow in the circulation is discharged through the exhaust duct between the fan and the main machine into the small cyclone collector for purification.
