　　Product Introduction

　　The energy-saving bearing ball mill is a type of mill developed based on the use of conventional ball mills. The transmission uses double-row self-aligning roller bearings instead of sliding bearings, thereby changing the original sliding friction into rolling friction, reducing friction and resistance, saving power consumption and costs, and extending service life.

　　Working Principle

　　The mill rotates slowly through the transmission device. The material to be ground enters the mill from the feeding end. The grinding media and material are subjected to friction and centrifugal force caused by the rotation of the cylinder, lifted to a certain height, then thrown and cascaded in a curtain-like form. The material is then struck and ground by the grinding media. Continuous feeding pushes the material inside the cylinder from the feeding end to the discharge end, and material reaching the desired particle size is discharged from the outlet. In wet grinding, the material is carried out by water flow; in dry grinding, the material is forcibly discharged.
