Our company produces KP-09 ultra-high-molecular-weight sheave liners using imported materials, which boast exceptional wear resistance (with a mortar abrasion rate just 1/10 that of PVC, 1/7 that of carbon steel, and 1/27 that of brass), excellent impact resistance (achieving an impact strength of up to 180 kJ/m² or higher), outstanding self-lubricating properties (with a friction coefficient of only about 0.10), and remarkably high tensile strength (exceeding 35 MPa). Additionally, these liners exhibit superb corrosion and water resistance, maintaining excellent stability across a wide range of organic and inorganic media. They also deliver exceptional low-temperature performance and are completely hygienic and non-toxic.
