The selective crusher is a core equipment for material pretreatment in mining, metallurgy, building materials, and other fields. It achieves efficient crushing of ores, coal, construction waste, and other materials through the coordinated action of a high-speed rotating rotor and crushing chamber liners. The main body of the equipment is a cylindrical steel structure lined with high manganese steel crushing tooth plates, equipped externally with a variable frequency motor drive system and hydraulic control device. Materials are fed from the top inlet, crushed by the rotor's high-speed impact, shear, and extrusion, and discharged through the bottom screen plate with adjustable particle size.

Product Applications

1. Mining Industry: Crushing iron ore, copper ore, limestone, etc., with a particle size compliance rate >95%, meeting the requirements for subsequent grinding or beneficiation.

2. Coal Processing: Handling raw coal (feed size ≤500mm) to produce uniformly sized boiler coal (5–25mm), meeting thermal power plant standards.

3. Building Materials Field: Recycling construction waste (concrete blocks, bricks, tiles) to produce aggregates that meet the requirements of GB/T 25176 "Recycled Coarse Aggregate for Concrete."

4. Solid Waste Treatment: Co-processing industrial waste slag (such as steel slag, carbide slag), crushed for use as roadbed material or cement raw material.

1. High Efficiency and Low Consumption: Crushing ratio >25, single machine processing capacity up to 500 tons/hour, power consumption ≤15 kWh/ton.

2. Intelligent Control: PLC system monitors speed, current, and chamber pressure in real time, supporting one-key start/stop and fault warning.

3. Wear-Resistant Design: Liners made of ZGMn13Cr alloy (hardness HRC60), with a lifespan 40% longer than conventional materials.

4. Environmentally Friendly Operation: Equipped with pulse dust removal interface and silencing device, dust emission <8 mg/m³, noise <85 dB(A).

Product Functions

1. Multi-stage Crushing: Rotor equipped with adjustable hammers (red parts visible in the picture), gap between hammers and liners adjusted by hydraulic device to control discharge particle size.

2. Overload Protection: Torque monitoring system linked in real time, automatically reverses to discharge uncrushable materials to avoid equipment damage.

3. Uniform Feeding: Vibrating feeder (gray equipment on the left in the picture) interlocked with crusher control to prevent blockage.

4. Easy Maintenance: Side door quick-open structure (red sealed door at the front end of the cylinder in the picture), reducing liner replacement time by 30%.
