The product has a wheel-shaped structure with a central through-hole and mounting positioning holes (such as the four-hole design shown in the picture). The surface is in a casting blank state and requires precision machining such as turning and milling according to customer requirements. Its structural design ensures high load-bearing capacity and operational stability, widely used in heavy machinery fields.

1. High Load-Bearing and Wear Resistance: Cast steel material heat-treated (normalizing/quenching and tempering), tensile strength ≥550MPa, hardness HB200-280, wear-resistant and durable.

2. Reliable Structure: Integrated casting of the rim and spokes, no welding stress, preventing cracking during use.

3. Customized Design: Outer diameter, inner diameter, width, and mounting hole positions can be adjusted according to customer drawings to fit different equipment.
