The vertical mill gearbox is the core transmission component of the vertical grinding mill (vertical mill), mainly used to efficiently transmit the rotational motion of the motor to the grinding table, driving the grinding rollers to achieve material compression and grinding. Its structure includes a high-speed planetary transmission stage, a low-speed arc-tooth bevel gear transmission stage, and a lubrication and cooling system (such as the oil pipes and cooling devices shown in the picture). It features high load capacity, large speed ratio, and low noise. As the "power heart" of the vertical mill, it directly affects the operational efficiency and stability of the entire machine and is widely used in ultra-fine grinding processes in industries such as cement, metallurgy, power, and chemical engineering.

2. Efficient Transmission System: Uses a two-stage transmission of planetary gears + arc-tooth bevel gears (as shown in the multi-shaft structure in the picture), transmission efficiency >97%, saving 15%~20% energy.

3. Stable and Reliable: The gearbox housing uses cast steel welded structure, bearings are imported self-aligning roller bearings, with continuous operation life exceeding 10,000 hours.

4. Intelligent Lubrication and Cooling: Integrated constant temperature oil station (yellow oil pipe in the picture), achieving automatic oil temperature control (≤50℃), suitable for heavy-duty conditions.

5. Low Noise and Environmentally Friendly: Gears undergo precision shaving treatment, noise is below 80dB, meeting industrial environmental protection standards.

1. Torque Amplification: Converts high-speed motor rotation into low-speed high-torque output, driving the grinding table to operate steadily at 10~50 r/min.

2. Overload Protection: Built-in safety coupling (coupling part shown in the picture), instantaneous overload protection torque reaches 2.5 times the rated value.

3. Intelligent Monitoring: Can integrate vibration monitoring and oil quality detection systems to achieve real-time diagnosis of operating status (combined with modern industrial IoT technology).

4. Maintenance-Free Design: Gears use special carburizing process, gear surface hardness reaches HRC60, extending maintenance cycle to 3 years.

5. Strong Adaptability: Supports horizontal/vertical installation, compatible with different brands of vertical mills (such as Pfeiffer, Loesche, Changcha, etc.).
