The LL series vertical centrifugal dehydrator is mainly used for dewatering the final fine coal and final middling coal in coal preparation plants, and can also be used for solid-liquid separation of other similar materials. When the feed particle size is 0.5~25mm and the feed moisture is less than 30%, the product's external moisture content is 5~9%. Depending on the coal quality and feed particle size composition, the centrifuge's processing capacity varies greatly. Generally, an increase in fine particles in the feed reduces processing capacity and increases product moisture.
Working Principle
The LL series vertical centrifugal dehydrator is a dehydration device that uses mechanical rotation to generate centrifugal force to separate solid-liquid mixtures. Wet material enters the centrifuge through the feed inlet, where it is accelerated by the rotating distribution cone and quickly moves into the space between the screen basket and the rotor body. Under centrifugal force, smaller particles adhere tightly to the screen surface, while liquid and some particles smaller than 0.5 mm are thrown out through the gaps between materials and the screen basket. Larger particles quickly slide down along the spiral scraper into the discharge port under gravity and centrifugal force. Fine materials adhering to the screen surface are discharged by the scraper, and the liquid and fine particles thrown out through the screen basket enter the water collection tank and are discharged through the drainage pipe, thus achieving solid-liquid separation.
