Our company uses imported materials to produce KP-09 ultra-high molecular weight sprocket liners, which have excellent wear resistance (mortar wear is 1/10 of PVC, 1/7 of carbon steel, and 1/27 of brass), good impact resistance (impact strength can reach up to 180KJ/m²), good self-lubrication (friction coefficient is about 0.10), ultra-high tensile strength (above 35MPa), good corrosion resistance and water resistance, maintaining good stability in various organic and inorganic media, excellent low-temperature resistance, and are hygienic and non-toxic.

Products can be made in different shapes and specifications according to user requirements.
