The company can manufacture acid kiln coolers with diameters ranging from Φ1 to Φ5.5m, used for cooling materials after acid roasting of lithium concentrate in new lithium battery materials.

2. The design of the lithium concentrate acid cooling kiln shell fully considers the corner at the shell deflection support to extend the life of refractory bricks and castables.

3. The lithium concentrate acid cooling kiln uses large diameter, small length-to-diameter ratio roller bearings to improve reliability; the bearings are self-aligning.

4. Spring plate stacked flexible seal with double-layer spring plate seal increases the insulation layer design, helping to improve the reliability and service life of the lithium concentrate acid cooling kiln.

Working Principle

According to material characteristics, there are two cooling methods: tube-type cooler and water bath cooler. The water bath cooler can be divided into sleeve-type and open-type. Our company can provide customized production based on specific conditions and technical requirements.
