Equipment Introduction

R-type Raymond mill is widely used in the fine powder processing of more than 280 materials in various industries such as minerals, chemicals, and construction, with Mohs hardness not exceeding 9.3 and humidity below 6%, including barite, calcite, potassium feldspar, talc, marble, limestone, dolomite, fluorite, lime, activated clay, activated carbon, bentonite, kaolin, cement, phosphate rock, gypsum, glass, and insulation materials. The finished product fineness can be adjusted within the range of 80-325 mesh. This machine adopts the advanced structure of similar products at home and abroad, and is designed and improved on the basis of the Raymond mill in the same industry. Compared with ball mills, this equipment has higher efficiency, lower energy consumption, smaller footprint, and lower initial investment.

Working Principle

The structure of this machine mainly consists of the mainframe, analyzer, fan, finished product cyclone separator, micro-powder cyclone separator, and air ducts. The mainframe consists of a frame, inlet volute, scraper, grinding roller, grinding ring, and casing.

After the material is ground, the fan blows air into the mainframe casing, blowing up the powder. The analyzer located above the grinding chamber performs classification. Materials that are too coarse in fineness fall back into the grinding chamber for re-grinding. Materials that meet the specifications in fineness enter the cyclone collector with the airflow, are collected, and discharged from the powder outlet as finished products. The airflow returns to the fan from the return air pipe at the top of the large cyclone collector. The airflow is circulating and flows under negative pressure. The increased airflow in the circulating airflow path is discharged through the exhaust pipe between the fan and the mainframe, entering the small cyclone collector for purification.
