Ball mills are key equipment for further pulverizing materials after crushing. Working Principle
This machine is a horizontal cylindrical gear-cutting machine, a ball mill with an external gear and two bins driven by a frame. Materials enter the first bin through the hollow shaft spiral after being fed by the feeding equipment. The bin has a trapezoidal or corrugated sheath, which is filled with steel balls. Under the action of centrifugal force of the cylinder, the steel balls fall down and grind the materials. After coarse grinding in the first bin, the materials enter the second bin through a single-layer partition plate. The second bin has a flat scale plate with steel balls, which is used to grind the materials. The powder is discharged from the grate plate to complete the grinding.
