  Working Principle

  When the motor drives the cylinder to rotate through the reducer and the bridge device, the grinding media, due to the effect of inertial centrifugal force, adhere to the lining plate on the inner wall of the mill cylinder and rotate together. When it is brought to a certain height, it will fall due to the action of gravity and centrifugal force, crushing the materials in the cylinder. In addition to the cyclical upward and downward movement, the grinding media also produces sliding and rolling, resulting in grinding action between the grinding media, lining plate and materials being ground, thus pulverizing the materials. While the materials are being subjected to impact crushing and grinding, the materials slowly flow from the feed end to the discharge end due to the difference in material level between the feed end and discharge end, completing the pulverization operation.
