  The wind-swept coal mill is an ideal coal powder processing equipment that can both grind and dry. It features energy saving and environmental protection. The fineness of the ground coal powder is over 85% through a 200-mesh sieve, and the moisture content is less than 2%.   Working Principle

  The feeding equipment sends the raw coal into the chute of the feeding device. While the material is flowing down, hot air with a temperature of around 300℃ also enters the mill through the air intake pipe to dry the raw coal; the raw coal enters the drum chamber through the feed spiral tube. A certain amount of grinding media is installed in the chamber. Due to the rotation of the drum, the lining plate brings the grinding media to a certain height, and then uses its impact energy and friction energy during the fall to crush and grind the raw coal. While the raw coal is being crushed and ground, a specially designed induced draft fan draws the finely ground powder and the used hot air out of the mill through the discharge device of the mill. The mixture of fine powder and hot air passes through a specially designed classifier. The classifier selects the unqualified coarse powder and sends it back to the mill for re-grinding.
