Product Introduction
The company can produce acidification kiln coolers with diameters of Φ1-Φ5.5m, used for cooling materials after acid roasting of lithium ore for new lithium battery materials.

2. The design of the lithium ore acidification and cooling kiln body fully considers the turning angle of the support at the deflection point of the cylinder, extending the service life of refractory bricks and castings.
3. The lithium ore acidification and cooling kiln adopts large-diameter, small-length-to-diameter ratio supporting roller bearings to improve reliability. The bearings are self-aligning bearings.
4. Spring-stacked flexible sealing, double-layer spring-stacked sealing with added insulation layer design helps improve the reliability and service life of the lithium ore acidification cooling kiln.
Working Principle
According to material characteristics, it can be divided into two cooling methods: tube cooler and water bath cooler. Water bath coolers can be further divided into sleeve-type water bath and open-type. Our company can provide customized production according to specific operating conditions and technical requirements.
