Product Introduction
This type of kiln is supported by rolling and sliding types, and the transmission can use DC or AC frequency conversion speed regulation, with a variety of seals to adapt to different working conditions. The company can design various non-standard kilns according to the user's special requirements. The rotary kiln consists of a cylinder, a transmission device, a support device for rollers and baffles, a kiln tail seal, an outer jacket, a combustion system, a hot air duct system, and a kiln head cover. The kiln cylinder is a heated rotating component, made of high-quality carbon steel plate roll welding. The cylinder is supported on the support device through the wheel belt, and a mechanical or hydraulic baffle wheel is set on one or several support devices to control the axial movement of the cylinder; the transmission device rotates the cylinder at the speed required by the process through the gear ring in the middle of the cylinder; due to installation and maintenance needs, larger kilns have an auxiliary transmission device that rotates the kiln body at a very low speed; to prevent cold air from entering and flue gas dust from overflowing the cylinder, reliable kiln tail and kiln head sealing devices are installed at the feed end and discharge end of the cylinder. In order to ensure the efficiency of external heating, a special air duct is set in the jacket to ensure the thermal efficiency and precise temperature control of the hot air. Special anti-sticking devices are installed on the outer and inner walls of the cylinder to ensure the smooth flow of materials.

Suitable for acid roasting of lithium ore such as lepidolite and spodumene, heating temperature 200~350℃
