Product Introduction
Rotary kiln lithium carbonate calcination equipment uses lepidolite as raw material, through mixing, roasting, cooling, crushing and other processes. Zhengzhou Mining Machinery has been committed to the research of lithium carbonate rotary kiln for many years, researching various common symptoms of the rotary kiln, and effectively solving problems such as ring formation, low output, and high energy consumption in lithium carbonate rotary kilns.

Outstanding Advantages
1. The cylinder design fully considers the turning angle at the support point of the cylinder deflection, extending the service life of refractory bricks and casting.
2. Large diameter and small length-diameter ratio supporting wheel bearings are used to improve reliability, and the bearings are self-aligning bearings.
3. It belongs to a new type of open gear cover sealing form, with good sealing effect.
4. Spring sheet superimposed flexible seal, which helps to improve the reliability and service life of the equipment.
Working Principle
Lepidolite, spodumene and other raw materials mixed with other mixed materials enter the kiln body from the high end of the kiln tail for roasting. In the co-firing kiln, the material is affected by the kiln slope and rotation, generating radial and transverse movement. The material is brought to a high place and exchanges heat with high-temperature flue gas, thereby generating a thermal reaction to achieve the purpose of roasting. The kiln speed is adjusted by a variable frequency motor, and the residence time in the kiln can be adjusted according to the reaction time of the reactants. The burner is equipped with natural gas flow and air volume monitoring and adjustment functions to meet the adjustment functions of flue gas temperature and flow rate, thereby adapting to the roasting temperature range of the raw materials.
