  The rotary kiln for lime is a new type of rotary kiln specially designed for active lime, based on the characteristics of limestone calcination and drawing on the experience of similar rotary kilns at home and abroad.   Working Principle

  Dolomite is fed into the kiln through the kiln tail (high-end) chute. Due to the inclination and slow rotation of the cylinder, the dolomite rolls along the circumference while moving from the kiln tail (high-end) to the kiln head (low-end) along the axial direction; the fuel is sprayed into the kiln from the kiln head through the burner for combustion, and the heat is transferred to the dolomite in various ways such as radiation, convection, and conduction. The dolomite undergoes preheating, decomposition, and calcination in the kiln to be calcined into calcined dolomite, and then unloaded from the kiln head device.
